A wonderful discovery that delights the senses. A nose of green apple, combined with aromatic herbs: thyme, lavender, lemongrass and basil.
It is reminiscent of a grand cru Chablis, but with its own personality. Vibrant with a lively acidity with a salty finish revealing the white fruits, it imposes its natural purity.
To be enjoyed with ceviche, oysters, langoustines, lobster, scallops or fish carpaccio.

The very minty 2019 White Bones Chardonnay comes from selected rows in Block 1 of the Adrianna vineyard in Gualtallary. The name refers to the ground below these ranges, which is layered with limestone and limestone deposits as well as fossilized animal bones – remnants of a river that ran through the area, closer to Los Cerrillos del Jaboncillo; it is old soil in a new formation. 2019 is a fresh vintage, and the wine is only 12.6% alcohol and has noticeable acidity (8.1 grams), and it still has a more outgoing personality than the more austere White Stones. It has tons of aromatic herbs, thyme, lavender, lemongrass, cistus and balsamic with a little curry (the wine was aged under flor), and it has a vibrant mouthfeel where the acidity is effervescent. and lively and the salty finish. It's vibrant and sharp, more in the style of a Chablis. Truly exceptional. It is a very recognizable wine. 6,000 bottles were filled in May 2020.

Honeysuckle, ripe pear and a bit of dried apple. Very fragrant. Full-bodied with incredible intensity and length. So much green apple character and lots of flowers. Also dried mango. The touch of flowering in the barrel gives it a unique character. Extends for minutes on the final. An infinite and vibrant acidity. Mineral texture. Drink now or keep.

The 2019 Chardonnay White Bones Adrianna Vineyard comes from the eponymous vineyard in Tupungato and was aged for up to 16 months in used French barrels. Pale yellow in color with golden flecks. The intense aromatic profile is dominated by herbs such as basil and a crystalline lavender smell, as well as cedar, vanilla and a background of green apple. Broad and creamy on the palate, but with a laconic texture and superb freshness, this wine is unctuous. Aromas of white fruits appear in the back of the mouth. It ends with a nice herbaceous finish. It is a wine inspired by Chablis but which has a wild purity of its own.

"Pure limestone" is how Ale Vigil describes the soils of this part of the Adrianna vineyard, planted in 1992. Saline, tense and concentrated, this superb Chardonnay is a tribute from the Uco Valley to great white wines from Burgundy, with minerality to spare, chiseled acidity, elegant oak and a finish that lingers tantalizingly on the palate.
